As the Founding Product Software Engineer at Popcorn AI, I was responsible for building and scaling the platform’s core infrastructure, including AI LLM pipelines, RAG pipelines, and AI evaluator pipelines. I contributed to securing $500K in funding and establishing a global client base, including a unicorn company, as the primary lead engineer. I designed and built AI-driven systems that powered intelligent agents capable of managing the entire customer journey, from personalized product discovery to seamless payment processing, within a natural conversation. These systems enabled an AI agent to independently close a $400,000 real estate transaction, drove double-digit improvements in conversion rates, reduced customer acquisition costs across industries, and scaled to over 2,000,000 processed and closed conversations.

Managed a large-scale codebase and integrated various services and gateways across the globe within the affiliate marketing industry, leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and Kinesis Firehose. Played a key role in expanding the payment gateway and operator portfolio by incorporating new payment options from emerging markets. Led a cross-functional team consisting of backend, frontend engineers, and data analysts, driving collaboration and ensuring seamless integration. I was also responsible for leading code reviews, mentoring team members, and implementing best practices to optimize development workflows and maintain high-quality standards.

Contributed to the development of Sllr.co Bosta's e-commerce platform, supporting over 20,000 merchants and 225,000+ products. I architected and implemented an omni-channel communication platform that seamlessly integrated WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger, enabling merchants to engage with customers across multiple platforms. This integration enhanced the overall customer experience, streamlining communication and driving increased engagement for the platform’s diverse user base.

Established the Web of Things community infrastructure, overseeing backend, frontend, and internal tooling development. Deployed microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, streamlining the deployment process with custom configuration scripts. Enhanced blog engagement by developing a comment system that synchronized with Twitter comments, fostering increased interaction on the company blog. Created a service for data visualization and statistics collection utilizing Chart.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, enabling efficient tracking and analysis of key metrics.
